WARRIORS ARISE! This is a brisk, guided, led vinyasa class. The class offers a well-rounded practice that includes a warm-up, the setting of an elevated intention, chanting, surya namaskar, standing asanas, twists, balances, backward bending, forward bending and inversions, as well as meditation and relaxation - all in an hour! Thus, it is suitable for those who have limited time to devote, who are looking for a workout to “shape up” physically, and for those who are looking to include a robust asana practice in a manageable daily routine. Because it is a fixed sequence, you have an opportunity to progress to the level of mastery by committing to a consistent, steady, regular sadhana.

Most importantly, these classes are a great way for new mothers to connect physically, emotionally, and spiritually with their babies as well as other moms (and dads). You can either bring your baby or come alone.

Kids Yoga is FUN! It paves the way for a lifetime of good health, radiance and happiness! Animal yoga postures, stories, and song will stimulate the mind and allow them to explore and express their unique physical, emotional, mental and spiritual gifts. Partner poses and group meditations give children the experience of teamwork and trust with others. Children will get acquainted with their breath and their body, and build the foundation for a bright future!
Yoga Nidra, yogic deep sleep, is a state of mind between wakefulness and sleep, that opens deep phases of the mind, bringing about spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing and rebalancing. It has been found to reduce tension and anxiety, headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain, and been used to help soldiers from war cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Satsang is being in good and virtous company, with those who will nurture and reflect our true nature. We come together to celebrate our desire for peace through an elevated atmosphere. Kirtan, the bhakti (devotion) yoga technique of call and response chanting. Movies, our culture's form of story telling. Raising our awareness through media. Vegan Potlucks, consciously choosing food that causes the least amount of harm. Meditation, connecting to the inner stillness within through guided meditations and inspired readings from Masters past and present.
KIrtan is call & response singing of Holy Mantras, usually in Sanskrit, but not limited to. The root of the word kirtan means "to cut". So, in this Bhakti (devotional) Yoga practice we are literally cutting through layers of misery and disconnection through the powerful ecstatic force of transcendent vibration.
