OPEN All Levels
Flowing vinyasa sequences(postures thread together with breath), meditation, Sanskrit singing, yoga philosophy, hands-on assists, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. Includes seated, standing, balances, forward and back bends, twists & inverted postures, with optional advanced variations, exploration, wall work, etc. Eclectic music often plays an integral role.
Highly Recommended for an OPEN class: THE IN-CLASS-PRIVATE: In an OPEN setting, you have a personal teacher guiding each movement skillfully making alignment assists. BEGINNER/BASICS Beginners & All Levels
A comprehensive introduction to yoga. Designed for the entry level student, but of great value for all practitioners. Fundamentals of breath and alignment are covered in an environment conducive to question answering and self-confidence. Postures are broken down and pace is slow and detailed.
BUSY PEOPLE All Levels
Experience a hot physical practice, meditation and deep relaxation, all in 45 minutes! Emotionally stabilizing as well as challenging, stimulating, healthful and evolutionary! This is a strict vinyasa class, meaning one breath, one movement, from start to finish.

YOGA NIDRA Deep Relaxation
Yogic deep sleep is a state of mind between wakefulness and sleep that opens deep phases of the mind, bringing about spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing and rebalancing. It reduces tension and anxiety, headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain, and has been used to help those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
